MANDY WILLIS

Principal Physiotherapist

Mandy is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a passion for helping clients recover from musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. She is dedicated to providing personalised care and effective treatment plans to optimise recovery and improve overall well-being.

Over the years Mandy has worked across the private practice and sub Elite sports settings, including VFL football teams and NPL1 grade soccer. She has enjoyed a variety of clinical settings to capture exposure to different types of injuries and uses this knowledge when treating all walks of life today.

Mandy has a special interest in the treatment and management of headaches and jaw pain, foot pain, lower limb injuries and pathologies of the spine including neck, upper back and lower back. Mandy also is passionate about empowering women to be strong and is experienced in supporting women through their pre and post natal journey with pain management and exercise prescription.

Mandy resides in the inner West with her partner Tim, and their two fur babies. On the weekends you'll find Mandy and her family enjoying the outdoors or at a local cafe for a coffee fix!
